Regina Palace Zone: Parco Casale

Inside a marvelous historic Art Nouveau building dating back to the 1930s, originally born as a large hotel on the Riviera del Levante, about 20 charming residences are built. Arranged over five floors, the houses are designed differently from each other, with different sizes and internal arrangements, but each of them remains strongly characterized by a mix of brightness, comfort and well-being. Thanks to the panoramic position in which it is located, the structure enjoys a wonderful view overlooking the bay of Rapallo: we find a view that sweeps from the promontory of Portofino to the open sea in the direction of Sestri Levante. The whole project follows a line characterized by a strong green sustainability, with a high energy class and the desire to integrate perfectly with nature. It is planned to build a large Italian park with gardens, where you can take relaxing walks or go jogging or yoga, thanks also to the presence of suggestive wellness programs. In the heart of the park there is a wonderful infinity pool, while a wellness area for body care is available inside the building.
